BVI VIRTUAL OFFICE
We provide virtual office in the BVI only for the BVI Companies under our administration. If you require virtual office services for an existing BVI company, you will first need to transfer your BVI company to our registered agent. The transfer costs will depend on what company serves as the current registered agent.

VIRTUAL OFFICE IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
1. MAIL FORWARDING: US$695
Our annual fee of US$695 covers up to 24 pieces per year. Additional fees may apply for unusual quantity, weight and frequency of mail forwarding.
There is no refund if we receive less or no mail at all.
2. FULL VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICE BVI: US$3,990 p.a.
The virtual office service includes:
- Allocation of a dedicated phone number and phone answering services for the company
- A dedicated message box, where the voice messages and faxes received by the company will be automatically send through e-mail to e-mail account allocated to the client
- Allocation of a dedicated facsimile number, automatic re-sending of the fax to the client via e-mail
- Mail forwarding by air mail or by email (scans)
