| Our services
and fees regarding formation and licensing of a Class B offshore
bank in one of the Caribbean jurisdictions are as follows:
Stage 1.
The Applicant's Profile preparation (to determine if it
makes sense to proceed further on taking into consideration
your specific profile): US$950 (50% refundable if our preliminary
conclusion is negative)
Stage 2.
Preparation of the application package (in conjunction with
the client):
US$ 19,500 in total.
On this stage only 75% (US$14,625) of the foregoing amount
and the Government Application Fee US$500 are payable.
Stage 3.
When the license is granted the following fees must be paid:
1. The 25% balance of the total fee for preparation of application
package: US$4875.
2. IBC formation fees, IBC Government incorporation fee,
Registered Agent fee, Provision of local Director and company
secretary as required, Annual license fee
Depending on the application date the total formation and
first year costs and fees would be from US$27100 to US$43600.

Recurring annual fees payable
by the end of the year in advance:
Annual Government fee for the underlying IBC: US$300
per annum
Registered Agent fee: US$1800
Provision of local Director and company secretary
as required: US$4900
Annual license fee: US$15,000
Total annual fees (2nd year and on): US$ 22000
Other services:
Audit and preparation of financial statements -
negotiable, on a pro rata basis.
Assistance with a correspondent bank account: from
US$950
