FEES STRUCTURE
I. THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND
DOCUMENTS: US$590
The set includes Companies House standard registration fee
(£20), Certificate of Incorporation, Minutes of First Board
Meeting, Consent to Short Notice, Notice of Extraordinary
General Meeting, Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting,
Memorandum & Articles of Association, Registered Office
for a year.
II. OPTIONAL SERVICES
Legalization by Apostille (recommended):
US$395 (for the
first Apostille)
Each additional Apostille: US$155
Note. UK signed the Le Hague Convention of October
25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company can
be authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized
in all countries having signed the convention. So, there
is no need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization
in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts,
setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property,
etc.

Individual Nominee Director for

Note. A security deposit of US$1000 is required
when a nominee director or nominee shareholder services are
ordered for a UK company. The deposit is refunded when the
client appoints one's own director instead of the nominee,
and the company has no debts or liabilities before third parties
inclusive UK or foreign authorities.
General Power of Attorney legalized
with Nevis Apostille signed by the Nominee Director:

The original General Power of
Attorney signed by the Nominee Director plus a copy thereof
with UK Apostille: US$395
For any of the above two options the General Power
of Attorney is valid for one year. In subsequent years it
can be renewed along with the nominee director services.
You would be authorised to sign contracts, open, manage,
and close bank accounts and generally do all legitimate
things on behalf of the company.
