FEES STRUCTURE

I. THE BASIC SET OF
DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES: US$

The set includes Government Fee (US$250),
first year Registered Agent fee, and the following documents:
- The documents in English: Certificate of Good
Standing, The undated Letter of Resignation of the Foundation
Council (Board of Governors), blank Beneficial Certificate,
original Power of Attorney signed by the President and
Secretary, members of the Foundation Council, Constitution
Deed, Beneficial Certificate
- The documents in Spanish: Certificate of Good
Standing, Constitution Deed, official receipt regarding
the payment of filing fees.
II. OPTIONAL SERVICES
Legalization by Apostille (recommended):
US$ 175
Note. Panama is a signatory to the Le Hague Convention of
October 25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company
can be authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized
in all countries having signed the convention. So, there
is no need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization
in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts,
setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property,
etc.
Nominee Foundation Council (Board
of Governors) Package: US$
690
The package consists of three nominee
members services and a general power of attorney authenticated
by apostille for one year.
Note. Using the General Power of Attorney you would be able
to sign contracts, open, manage, and close bank accounts and
generally do all things what the foundation council would
do.
