Nominee Director (Manager for
a Nevis LLC)
The Nominee Director is a private individual or corporation
who upon your specific request holds the position of a Director
(Manager) in the company you ordered from us. The amount
of compensation for Nominee Director's Services for one
year is US$ 300; a fee of US$ 100 is charged
for a one-year General Power of Attorney; authentication
of a power of attorney with Apostille
costs US $150.
Nominee Director's Package
We charge US$ 490 for a one-year
Nominee Director's Package consisting of corporate Nominee
Director's (Manager's) Services and General Power of Attorney
authenticated with Apostille. If a private individual is provided as the nominee Director (Manager) the costs for this package are US$590.
NOTE. You
may kindly find here our standard sample General Power of
Attorney.
Nominee Shareholder (Member
for a Nevis LLC)
We provide a corporation or a private individual as a Nominee
Shareholder (Member) in a company you ordered from us. The
Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services must be renewed
or extended in 30 days before the anniversary of the date
on the relevant Share (Member) Certificate.
The amount of compensation for Nominee Shareholder's (Member's)
Services for one year is US $190
Full Nominees' Package
We charge US$ 690 for a one-year
Full Nominees' Package consisting of Nominee Director
(Manager) Services, General Power of Attorney authenticated
with Apostille, and Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services.
Nominal Company
The general description of some Nominee Company's features
is located in OFFSHORE
TOOLS-NOMINAL COMPANIES . Our clients usually order
a UK private limited company
for that purpose.
