NEVIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
FEES STRUCTURE

I. STANDARD SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$1,750

The fees and costs include applicable Minimal Government Registration Fee, the first year Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee, Certificate of Formation filed with the Registrar, Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of the Organizer, Sample Operating Agreement, Endorsement Certificate, Articles of Organization, Resignation of Organization Rights, Certificate of Ownership, Designation and Acceptance of the Registered Agent, Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee for the year of LLC formation.

II. OPTIONAL SERVICES

Legalization by Apostille of a set of copies of principal corporate documents bound together (recommended): US$345
Note. Nevis is a signatory to the Le Hague Convention of October 25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company can be authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized in all countries having signed the convention. So, there is no need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts, setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property, etc.

CORPORATE SECRETARIAL SERVICES - TO KEEP THE COMPANY'S RECORDS IN GOOD ORDER

Secretarial Services for one year: US$495

We charge extra fees for drafting corporate resolutions, preparing share certificates, etc. plus courier fees and other disbursements

Mail forwarding address in Nevis (same as the registered office address): US$1,290 p.a.
Note. Additional fees may apply for unusual quantity, weight and frequency of mail forwarding.
The max number of the pieces is 24 per year. There will be no refund if we received less or no mail at all.

III. RENEWAL SERVICES

Government License Fee: US$250
Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee: US$725
Annual Compliance Fee: US$225
Renewal of secretarial services and/or mail forwarding if applicable (please refer to the relevant quotes above)
