STRUCTURE
These fees are applicable only to the orders placed with us by lawyers, accountants, incorporators, and other qualified professional representatives of the end clients.
I. THE BASIC SET OF
SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS WITH APOSTILLE: US $495
The set includes Kentucky state filing fee, certified copy of the Articles of Organization, certified Certificate of Registration, Operating Agreement,
authentication with Apostille of the whole set of documents, Registered
Agent fee for the year of LLC formation, processing fee.
