HONG KONG REGISTRATION FEES
Below, please find the description of our fees and services pertaining to Hong Kong company registration.
I. STANDARD SET: US$1690
The principal set of documents and services includes:
- Preliminary name search
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Capital duty of authorized capital at HK$10,000
- Application of business registration and 1st year business registration fee
- First year registered office
- Company secretary
- Filing notice of register office
- Notification of first directors and secretary
- Director's consent
- Shares allotment, transfer of shares, issued share certificates
- Common seal and stamp
Courier delivery of the corporate documents to the customer from US$50 depending on the destination.
II. OPTIONAL HONG KONG COMPANY SERVICES
Legalization with Apostille (recommended):
US$295
Hong Kong is a signatory to the Le Hague Convention of October
25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company can be
authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized in
all countries having signed the convention. So, there is no
need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization
in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts,
setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property, etc.
Hong Kong Nominee Director's Package: US$
890 p.a.
The Nominee Director's Package consists of nominee director's
services and general power of attorney authenticated by Apostille
for one year.
Using the General Power of Attorney, you would be able
to sign contracts, open, manage, and close bank accounts and
generally do all things what the company's director would do.
Full Hong Kong Nominees' Package: US$
1,190 p.a.
The package consists of the Nominee Director's
Package (see above) and a Nominee Shareholder services. Please refer to the Nominees section for more details.
Hong Kong Certificate of Good Standing with
Apostille: US$345
The document (also known as Hong Kong Certificate of Continuing Registration / Certificate of Existence) attests that the newly incorporated company actually exists and is in good standing, complying to all requirements of the Hong Kong laws.

Mail forwarding in Hong Kong: US$895
per year
Note. The max number of the pieces
is 24 per year.
Virtual Office in Hong Kong US$1,295
This includes mail forwarding address and fax/voice mail private number in Hong Kong, per year inclusive forwarding by email of the incoming faxes and voicemail
