I. THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$2290
The set includes reservation of name, the applicable government license fee, filing with Companies Registry, the first year's Registered Office Fee, and the following documents translated into English:
  • Certificate of Incorporation with Apostille
  • Certificate of Shareholders with Apostille
  • Certificate of Directors and Secretary with Apostille
  • Certificate of Registered Office with Apostille
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association with Apostille
  • Appointment of Company's Auditor


Courier delivery costs: from US$50 depending on the destination

 

II. OPTIONAL SERVICES

Full Nominees' Package setup: US$790
The renewable service package consists of the Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder services completed with a General Power of Attorney with Apostille, all for one year.

 

III. CYPRUS PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY ANNUAL FEES AND SERVICES

1. Registered office and annual return: US$950 plus Registrar filing fee of US$70
2. Full Nominees' Package (if applicable): US$790
3. Audit (first time not later than in 18 months
after the date of the company incorporation): from US$600
