I. THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND

The set includes Colorado state filing fee, certified copy
of the Articles of Organization, certified Certificate of
Registration, Operating Agreement, legalization with Apostille,
Registered Agent fee for the year
of LLC formation, processing fee.
Courier delivery of the documents by DHL: US$50

II. OPTIONAL SERVICES

The package consists of nominee manager and nominee member
services (provided by the same individual or corporation)
and a general power of attorney legalized by apostille for
one year.
Using the General Power of Attorney you will be able
to sign contracts, open, manage, and close bank accounts and
do all other necessary things on behalf of the LLC.
